Rob Bowie
Rob discovered a passion for culinary arts when dishwashing at the age of fourteen. Over the years he has broadened his experience from a café to a convention centre. Rob’s parents live here in Salmon Arm and before moving here last summer he was busy running Craig’s Café in Coquitlam.
“One of my accomplishments involves the volunteer work I did for the SHARE Family & Community Services Society. While participating in the SHARE Dessert Gala my dessert received the People’s Choice award. I’ve now been given an amazing culinary opportunity at Table 24 and look forward to becoming the “People’s Choice” for Salmon Arm. I can’t imagine myself being happier doing anything else.”

Tracey Crown
Tracey, a local SASS graduate, has always had the desire to make sharing a meal together a remarkable experience. She’s excited to be back in Salmon Arm after training in Saskatchewan where she was challenged to improve her skills of cooking and pastries. She is ready for the fresh local produce that the Shuswap and Okanagan have to offer.
“I’m proud to be a member of the culinary team at Table 24. Fresh local produce is always a great choice to make and I can take pride in creating food that I know is completely beautiful, fresh and outstanding!”

Julie Price
Julie Price, a native of Salmon Arm, is currently in an apprenticeship to obtain a Red Seal status as a Chef. Shortly before starting her job last summer at Table 24 she discovered her passion for cooking and creating.
“Table 24 has made me grow so much, and I’m honoured to have a job at such an incredible restaurant.”
Julie has also taken on the role of our gardener for the restaurant’s organic herb garden, and hopes to also expand into fruits and vegetables one day.
“To me cooking is the perfect blend of science and art – you take the instructions you’re given, all the rules and regulations, and you defy them by creating something beautiful and flavourful. Who couldn’t fall in love with something like that?”
